• Goal = What is it that you want to achieve? Use the ‘info’ toggle to set smart goals.
  • Priority = How badly do you want to achieve this goal?
  • Status = What is the status of your goal? Are your working on it, already finished it or do you still need to start?
  • Deadline = Set an end date for when the goal should be reached.
  • Related To = Where are your goals related to? You can related your goals to your own categories by filling in new ones.
  • Reward = What is a push factor for you that you can only allow yourself if you reach your goal on time?
  • Negative Consequence = What is something you really don't want but force yourself to do if you don't reach your goal in time? Something that pushes you to work because you don't want this consequence.
  • Plan = What are you going to do to achieve your goal in time? What are you going to do each day? Make also plan for still getting there if you didn't reach your goal in time what you promise yourself to stick to.
