Write down a statement down that will motivate you throughout the day. You can write anything, as long as it motivates you. You can always add and improve your statement for yourself. For exemple, you write about your ultimate goal, your plan to get their, your dreams, what you will do when you achieve it, the effort and determination you can/will/must put into reaching your ultimate goal etc.

Read your own statement out loud 2x a day - in the morning and before sleep!
