  1. Power nap. 10 minutes of sleeping with legs higher than your body.
  2. Looking up with your chin up increases wakefulness. Conversely, it causes sleepiness.
  3. Exercise on a regular basis
  4. Drink enough water or you will lose vital energy
  5. Healthy energy-rich food provides energy

Things that reduce your energy:

  1. Little to no exercise. Sitting a lot will drain your energy
  2. Eating junk food/ processed food .This might give you a short boost but after that you get tired of it
  3. Negativity and too-self critical will cost you a lot of energy
  4. Lack of sleep or too little sleep
  5. Stress / worrying about the future or the past.
  6. Eating too much food with sugar is not good for your energy level
  7. Drinking too much caffeine
  8. Smoking causes fatigue and insomnia
