Tips to get energy:
- Power nap. 10 minutes of sleeping with legs higher than your body.
- Looking up with your chin up increases wakefulness. Conversely, it causes sleepiness.
- Exercise on a regular basis
- Drink enough water or you will lose vital energy
- Healthy energy-rich food provides energy
Things that reduce your energy:
- Little to no exercise. Sitting a lot will drain your energy
- Eating junk food/ processed food .This might give you a short boost but after that you get tired of it
- Negativity and too-self critical will cost you a lot of energy
- Lack of sleep or too little sleep
- Stress / worrying about the future or the past.
- Eating too much food with sugar is not good for your energy level
- Drinking too much caffeine
- Smoking causes fatigue and insomnia
