  • Time (Minute) = You can be more precise with your time by adding minutes.
  • Checkbox = here you can check it off every day when you've done it (in case of habit)
  • Name = For each day write down what you do and continue to do to be 1% better than yesterday. Something about the long-term that improved you from your yesterday version.
